These terms apply when you use this website or book advertising with Prime·Frame Media, a brand of Episeio Business Solutions Pvt Ltd ("we", "us"). By booking a campaign with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

We display your ads on static backlit LED panels showing printed posters inside partner venues (such as gyms, salons, clinics and more), and offer neighbourhood marketing such as pamphlets, local influencers, apartment boards, auto panels, WhatsApp broadcasts and related services, as described in the package you book.

2. Booking and payment

• Packages are booked monthly. The minimum booking is one month, unless your package says otherwise.
• Payment is made in advance. Your campaign starts after we receive the payment and your ad creative.
• Prices on the website are in Indian Rupees. Applicable GST is added to the invoice.
• There is no long-term lock-in. You can choose not to renew at the end of any paid month.

3. Your ad creative

• You are responsible for the content of your ad and confirm that you have the rights to use all text, images, logos and music in it.
• Ads must follow Indian law and the venue's guidelines. We may refuse or remove any ad that is misleading, offensive, illegal, or not suitable for a public venue.
• First-time advertisers can get a basic ad designed by us at no extra charge, as offered on the website.
• You can change your creative during the campaign. Updates usually go live within a few hours.

4. Screens, venues and play time

• Your ad plays in rotation with other local brands, as described in your package.
• Screen locations depend on availability. If a venue closes or a screen is down for a long time, we will move your ad to a similar venue or extend your campaign.
• Viewer numbers and reach shown on the website are estimates based on typical venue footfall, not guaranteed figures.

5. Results

We make your brand visible to local audiences. Sales, enquiries and footfall depend on many things outside our control, so we do not guarantee specific business results.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Once a campaign has started, payment for that month is not refundable. If we are unable to start your campaign, we will refund the amount paid for the services not delivered.

7. Liability

Our total liability for any claim relating to a campaign is limited to the amount you paid us for that campaign month.

8. Website use

The content, design and images on this website belong to us or our partners and may not be copied without permission.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
